    Before the reservation:

    1. Please read the policies carefully: Make sure you fully understand our lodging and cancellation policies before booking.
    2. Preparation for arrival: After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with detailed information on how to get there and what you need to bring.

    During the stay:

    1. Respect for nature: We are in a natural environment, so we ask that no garbage be left and that the local flora and fauna be respected.
    2. Silence policy: To ensure a quiet environment and fully enjoy the cosmos, we request silence after 10:00 p.m.
    3. Astronomical activities: The use of the astronomical complex will be subject to its rules and schedules. Detailed information will be provided upon arrival.

    After the reservation:

    • Prompt Departure: Please make sure to leave the tent before 11:00 am to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
    • Leave the store in good condition: We expect our guests to leave the store in the same condition that they found it.
