Main product: “Hosting Los Coloraos”
- Monthly fee:
- Base rate: 300€/month + VAT
- Half-yearly discount 1,650€ + VAT
- Annual discount 3,150€ + VAT
- ‘Pioneer’ discount: €260/month + VAT for the first 5 tenants and the first year.
- Half-yearly discount 1,430€ + VAT
- Annual discount 2,730€ + VAT
- Includes:
- Fixed space for telescope (up to 2 m long) with dedicated pedestal.
- Electricity, internet connection, 24/7 remote access.
- Basic visual monitoring (cameras) and notification if something goes wrong.
- One basic technical intervention per month (restarts, simple checks).
- SeeStar shared hosting monthly fee:
- Base rate: 150€/month + VAT
- Half-yearly discount 825€ + VAT
- Annual discount 1,575€ + VAT
- Includes:
- Fixed space for telescope.
- Electricity, internet connection, 24/7 remote access.
- Basic visual monitoring (cameras) and notification if something goes wrong.
- One basic technical intervention per month (restarts, simple checks).
Extra services
About the base fee:
- Initial installation pack (if not done by the user on site):
- Equipment assembly, balancing, tidy cabling, connection tests.
- Single price: 250€
- Premium maintenance:
- Periodic checks, software reconfiguration, wiring changes, etc.
- 30€/hour, or a monthly ‘pack’ (100€/month).
- Online training/support:
- 1–2 video call sessions to help you set up NINA, ASIAIR, ASCOM, etc.
- 2-hour package for 100€.
